Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager Fraser will help you pick out anything you need and is very knowledgeable about any of the toys in the store and availabilty of things that may be sold out at the time... You can't go wrong shopping Mastermind Toys...

I am disappointed with the standards of the store today. I was in there with my daughter looking for Christmas presents and we are in the middle of a public health advisory requiring masks to be worn in public places and a staff member wasn't wearing a mask, wasn't socially distancing herself from her coworkers or the Public and was coughing. We are taking big risks keeping businesses open in these times, it is time that these businesses take responsibility for their staff and enforce the medically mandated rules for their staff. My family has shopped here regularly for our children's toys and we want to support local businesses but after experiencing this I will be doing more of my shopping online to avoid irresponsible actions like these.
Nov. 23rd went in to pick up a lego set my wife ordered for my daughter on Nov.6th. Staff could not find it and say that was ordered a long time ago, the order has been abandoned, It isn’t here. I asked about the 155 charge to my wife’s credit card. They stated a refund would have been processed then they ignored me. I left angry but quietly. Nobody was willing to go any further. Turns out the item was never shipped and a refund never issued. Very dissappointed.
