Always love my hair when Christopher is done with it. This stylist listens to want you want instead of cutting your hair however. He has saved my hair after I had a hack job from a previous stylist and when I tried my own hair. I don't trust anyone else with my hair.

I was in MasterCuts on Saturday getting my haircut, and I was rudely taken by surprise when this crazy woman and her friend started screaming at all 3 stylists saying the haircut was uneven. The haircut looked perfectly fine to me. I felt so bad for all the stylists who had to put up with these women's abuse. Overall I had a great haircut and I recommend all the stylists there.
Very disappointed in the service. I booked an appointment over the phone. The girl asked 1000 questions. When I showed up for my appointment, at the next day, I was told I was booked with a person that was off for the whole day and that they have no idea why I was booked with her. Also the girl that took my called did not write anything down (other than my name) so they couldn't contacted me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. Good job master cuts! You found an easy and efficient way to get rid of new customers! And thank you Chatters for booking me on short notice!
If you get a haircut or a fade I most definitely recommend Jade, she's really nice and know how to do her job perfectly. I've struggled to get my haircut done right and how I wanted but is very hard this days. I know I now have found a person that knows what's shes really doing, thank you Jade for cutting my hair just the way I wanted.
I got an amazing haircut from chris he is very knowledgeable. The other girls are kind and helpful to questions I had asked
They don’t deserve a full star. Went in for a men’s haircut today. And the woman charged me almost 50 bucks. No hair treatment or colour or anything. Just a bloody cut. That’s a little over double what I was charged when I was there a few weeks ago. The staff have gone down hill so fast. Gonna find a place with actual good staff.

I used to love this place while Steven was there....amazing cuts, colors and amazing prices. Now I'm sad to say very very disappointing. The quality just isn't there. I will be going somewhere else....convenience isnt everything!
