My experience with radon started with a testing device obtained from The Lung Association. Once radon levels were confirmed I contacted Master Radon...best decision I have made recently. Frank retested various locations in my basement and provided a mitigation plan. Once the system was installed results were almost immediate. Current levels measure in the low 20s and 30s as I check a continuous monitoring device regularly. Thanks Frank and James for a professional job well done. You can't go wrong with choosing Master Radon.

Frank and his team were professional, knowledgable and thorough right from start to finish. His installation team explained everything they were going to do at every step of the process, and then went over the system afterwards so I understood how it worked. Frank assured me that the mitigation system would work to lower my numbers - and he was right! I have a digital detector that read 418 prior to the installation and 45 days later it's holding steady at 28! I'm extremely happy with the result and my overall experience with Master Radon. Frank and James attended my residence on the date and time promised. They were on site for a couple of hours and did a very thorough examination with multiple testing devices in order to determine the radon entry point. The following day they provided a quote for remediation of the issue. A week later a crew of three arrived to do the work. They were very efficient and courteous. They reviewed all the work that had been done and advised me of what to expect in the weeks to come. I can happily report the level of radon has been reduced to even less than the recommended safe levels for Europe which are much more stringent than those in Canada or the USA. I am very satisfied with the final outcome and would certainly recommend Master Radon to anyone requiring this type of work.

Fantastic team approach to radon gas mitigation by Master Radon. They worked closely with me to facilitate the best means of installing their proposed mitigation system. The residence was a special construction utilizing several varying techniques not common even today. Once completed there was no noticeable difference in the appearance of the home that a radon gas mitigation system was installed. And it works perfectly.
We were super impressed with the guarantee on Master Radon's work. We knew pipe freezing could occur after radon remediation. So, our pipes froze during the extreme cold. Master Radon went above and beyond. They didn't just diagnose the issue. They fixed it free of charge! Even though, they had no contractual obligation. We're grateful for their prompt service and generosity.
