Shirley was so thorough and knowledgeable. I felt great after my massage. Shirley also gave me some tips to use between massages.
The therapist was way to rough and it was painful. I like a massage to hurt but it shouldn't be painful. I said 6 times 'ouch' or 'oh god' but it didn't help. He was polite enough but not receptive to what I was saying or how I was acting on the table. When I tense up and grunt that should be a signal.
I got the massage done 4 weeks ago and I don't know what muscle was pressed so hard that now my left shoulder is in very bad pain. I am struggling for 4 weeks now and when I called to let them know, they told me to see my doctor as I have a wrong posture. My doctor said my posture is okay its the muscle that's pressed hard, I am taking muscle relaxation pills but it's not helping much. Every day I am struggling with the pain now. I wish never had got the massage done from here. Very poor service, didn't expect this.

I called in last minute, was given an apt with Steven right away. I had an 8/10 Tension migraine when I saw him, he was very thorough and clearly knew exactly how to help relieve my pain & quickly. Very polite, professional and thoughtful. Dimming the lights and allowing me to enjoy my massage in a calm quiet atmosphere. I left happy, and almost completely pain free!! Amazed! Will be back! Thanks again
I’m pleased with the service I received. I’ve had a few appointments now and I am happy with the ease of their online booking. My masseuse communicated well with me to ensure that his pressure was not too soft or hard. It’s impressive that I never left an appointment feeling sore, even though I walk in with sore muscles. The receptionist gives a warm welcome, the place is clean, the ambiance is relaxing and soothing. Overall the experience has been wonderful and sore-free.
