Appointment that was booked weeks in advance was cancelled 45 minutes prior. My partner had taken time off work that day just so I could get pampered! They said technician was sick and claimed they had no back up to fill me in. Whole day wasted!!! Yet a customer who cancels an appointment with less than 24 hour notice forfeits the whole massage fees! Very professional indeed...

Was able to accommodate both my daughter and I at same time. Great job on my side pain. Relaxed even though therapist and i laughed through most if it. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
