Service is good so I temper that with the exceptionally slow turn around time. Whether it’s not enough staff or something else it shouldn’t take 4-6 weeks to get something repaired. Unfortunately will look elsewhere next time as the service although good takes way too long been going there a long time and it’s is always long and I accepted that but it’s become way longer in the last year

This place is a hidden gem in the city. We rented a compactor from Mark, and it was so easy. My partner and I have rented many tools from Home Depot over the years, and Mark is just so much better. You can book in advance, and his team has it ready to go. In times like this, it felt so much safer to go to his shop, pick up the equipment and drop it off outdoors. The only time you need to go inside is to pay, and only 2 people are allowed at once. Support your local businesses so they are here to serve us when we need them!
This is one of the busiest places in town, and the staff is great at getting problems taken care of quickly and efficiently, highly recommend for every type of small engine repair
Amazing service! Helped to identify parts and double checked with mechanic. Sold us a small part verse a complete carb kit. Also offered for a small fee, to clean and assemble our carb and the new gasket! Ready for winter!
