Extremely rude. I called them today on April 12/2021 at 5:04 pm and asked what time they will open tomorrow? (I thought for covid schedule might change). Guy said check online and disconnect phone. They really need more training about customer services.

Their staff is extremely rude. Ive been there twice, both experiences have been unpleasant and leaving feeling worse then going in. You are not alone Dolly.
I had a similar experience to Dolly, these people don't respect you.
Horrible service had an appointment for 1:15 and it took them a half an hour after letting other people without an appointment get their tests done before me.
Always good friendly staff. Very efficient.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted as if I interrupted their conversation when I walked in. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this place made me feel awful by the time I left
