I went to jersey city northgate mall yesterday the staff was really nice and helpfull i was very happy with the customer service, and today when i went to jersey city cornwall centre no hello no hi the lady standing behind the till didnt even look, she ws just busy in painting some book i was there for 15 mins but not even 1 time she asked if i am ok or if i am looking for somthing specific, after 15 mins i chose 1 hat and went to till for billing she was really roude and roudly asked me if i am ready and said yes softly and she asked me again if i am ready or not i said yes i am ready and the she replied i want you to come over this side and my totl is 39.95 and said mastercard please i did tap and forgot to press ok then she rolled her eyes nd said press ok, i said oh i am sorry, seems like she is my boss and this is my first day at work i mean how can you be so roude to your customer who is giving you a busines, i have only givs 1 star just because i had a good experience in northgte mall, i would definitly not going back untill and unless i am getting good offer. And please dont hire people who dont know customer service.
Why the staff over here is not helpful. ?? Hmmm. Think think.
