Nice enough, but I ordered 4 meals and only 2 of them were right. My order was right on the slip, but I definitely didn't get what I paid for. I do not recommend drive through at the Rochdale location.
Covid or not, the customer service here was terrible today. No ice, not filled yet, we were told. We ordered a bucket with extra breasts. The guy behind us did too, he was told we don't have anymore breasts. We ordered also a lunch meal each. Somehow a gravy was missed, it apparently was a right vs wrong issue back and forth. Between the 3 of us we spent around 90.00. Hard to get a napkin, tables not cleaned and very long waits with little to no service. Lots of training needed, won't be back.
We rarely order out, we both work in healthcare and after a long day decided to order. I only like dark meat, so I wanted thighs and legs, we only got 3 things all the rest are legs in an 18 piece, not impressed and to top it off so greasy it was soggy. Fries and gravy were cold and apparently potato salad is just cubbed potatoes with a thin sauce now and it’s gross. I tried calling as soon as we got home. 3 days later I still can’t reach them.

We order a double bucket today and find a big black hair cooked in the chicken. Then we also find hair in our chicken tenders. Is there no food safe procedures at this location? Yes the manager was willing to replace our order but didn't seem to worried that we got hair with our order.
When you order supper to bring home and order 2 orders of hot wings...we don't mean 2 WINGS. We called back and received nothing but attitude and wanted to charge us to have it delivered. No wonder they're the worst in the city.
Always clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, especially Kenneth. I like this place because there are not too much people there. Food is also good. I recommend!
