Initially very responsive to my query, gave me a timeline of one week to get what I requested. Three weeks later, still hadn't heard back so I sent a polite request inquiring as to the status of my order. My email was ignored. My request to cancel followed, which was also ignored. I bought the product from the US today, and it has already shipped. Definitely worth the extra 20 in shipping costs. So much for trying to buy locally, and trying to support our local businesses. Very disappointing.
