Porchlight has good and bad .1.no yard 2.peolpe living to close to each other.3.No park close by for kids.4.The floor plane is hard to change. Peolpe what an on sweet in the master bedroom so they aren't sharing the bathroom with there kids or guests. 5.Then paying two payments a month mortgane and condo fees which 500.or more a month depending on your chose of single place or the Family place.6.One family place bedrooms are upstairs and in the single place the bedrooms and bathroom is downstairs .7.You are given a chose to change the outside and inside lay out in there ways and not your chose .8.The place is in a very good location and up and coming .Almost everthing is there for you but the City Bus isn't there that much,but it's changing.
