I went to HR block as I was unsure of what I could write off for my small business I started last year. They wanted to charge me 350 for a refund I thought I was inadequate, so I declined to file with them. I went through turbo tax online, it cost me 100 and my refund was 4000 more than what HR Block was going to get me....I highly recommend turbo tax, very user friendly!

I always file Tax in HR Block because of accurate, effeciat work. Especially a tax customer service person named Amanda Hua. Her professional work makes me very comfortable and confident, really appreciated! Good job, Amanda!

Courteous & friendly staff. They are efficient but helped me feel relaxed. This location is very clean and comfortable. I made an appointment a few days ahead of time and didn't have to wait at all when I attended for my appointment. Muhammad Rehman prepared my income tax return. He is very professional but at the same time friendly.
Our Tax person was kind polite and wonderful. She explained everything clearly, answered our questions and was done quickly and correctly. Her customer service skills were great.
So terribly run. The person didn't know what they were doing. Called customer service to file a complaint and the district manager blamed me. Will NEVER go back to any H&R Block location because of how awful the service was overall. We ended up walking out and going elsewhere. I don't think it even deserves the one star I had to give to write this review.
