Really great burgers. Your burger is cooked when you order it and it’s reflected in the burger; they’re tasty and juicy. Expect a longer wait as they have to cook your burger. Good service. Prices are higher than other fast food places, but it’s worth it for the better quality food.

Fries were dry and tasted like burnt oil. Nothing special to the burger. Would not care to try again. Other than that, place is clean and staff is friendly.

It is slow because they grill everything fresh. Well, except the fries, they are sometimes a bit stale. But I love the burgers over all competition and their veggie burger is the best according to my vegetarian friends.

I've never seen such incompetent staff/management in my entire life. Things just got from bad to worse. 1. I tried to order a veggie burger which they promptly said they were out of. Okay sure that's fine, thank God I'm not a vegetarian so I ordered the Original Burger instead. 2. The cashier registered my order wrong and put Angus instead which I ended up paying extra for but still got the Original. 3. The man next to me wanted to get the Fish burger, Stuffed burger, AND relish and they were all out of stock. 4. The line was beginning to grow so help was called in from the Swiss Chalet next door. The lady comes in and literally all she does is spin around in one spot and has no idea what's on the menu. 5. Oh and once again the bread was one step away from being stale. I thought I'd give this establishment another shot but I don't think I'll be returning.

Delicious burgers, Harvey’s is not available in my home town so we are always sure to grab a burger when we are on a road trip. The pickles are out of this world, great choices for toppings and sauces. Can’t decide between fries and onion rings? Try the frings!
