Here is what you need to be ready for even before you start thinking about using this wonderful service. 1. Because there is no alternate in other words they have monopoly, do not expect any customer care. 2. Cheap mode of travel means expect all sorts of people on the bus and I really mean all sorts 3. If something goes wrong with the booking website and it happens to be a weekend expect that you will be waiting for hours to be answered and may be helped. I have waited on the line for 1 hr 6 minutes before their system disconnected the call just today. 4. Do not expect that they will wait for you for even a minute but do expect that they will be late sometime for several hours and will care or take any responsibility. I waited for 14 hours without any compensation. 5. There website and online booking system crashes most of the time. First time it was not moving ahead and I kept trying it resulted in me purchasing 5 tickets. This time around I bought a ticket but email confirmation didn't come through. Trying to call them to help me with the ticket as they wont let me board the bus without the ticket but to no avail. 6. The only good thing this service is that it's cheaper than air fair which is another monopoly as well renting a car or putting miles on your car. 7. Do not travel with them unless and until it's very very very very necessary

Closed indefinitely... go figure !!! Regina city [politicians] only had funds to squander on that "roofless" 300 million dollar Mosaic Stadium or human deep-freezer so you can freeze ur nuts off watching the Roughriders loose. The Mosaic deep freezer supersedes any form of transportation for those who rely on grey hound as their primary source of travel.

It is a bus depot now exclusively for Greyhound. Very limited service. But blame Saskatchewan's legislature for that. Inside is okay. They have a snack mart and cheap lockers for baggage storage (3). Just keep in mind they close at 1pm every day.
