This builder does not deliver the work and repairs under warranty. They claim they are working on getting the repairs done then after warranty ia over they let you know it is not covered under warranty . I put in a complaint right from the first week we moved in about garage floor flaking off due to just a patch over likely to seal overhead door seal . The concrete bonded to nothing and continued to flake off until now right down to the aggregate underneath. Basement window also leaks and another empty promise . It never got repaired.
