No point in buying anything here anymore. You get a computer on the phone and can't contact a human from your city store to help. Warranty is full of fine print. Its a giant hassle. They also have 3rd party items which they don't cover or allow you to return to the store if defective. 3 strikes. I'm done.

Got a screen protector installed was good service at the time. Trying to get warranty on it lifted and and marked up sent email tried to call, they have not responded
I was at the Geek Squad Vic and 8th desk 1 March 2021 with several problems with my laptop. I wanted to give a major shout out to the duty tech for his assistance: friendly, understandable, expert, efficient and effective. We continue to be very pleased with our Geek Squad membership after many years. Keep up the good work!
2 fellows from DK Electronics came on Tuesday afternoon. We have not heard a word since. I tried to call yesterday to find out what is going on, to get a quote, and there was no answer. So at this moment I am not happy. Thank you.
Don’t waste your time on geek squad warranty. Was told it covered physical damage and water damage in store, this turned out to not be true after I payed for this insurance for 2 years. When I decided to cancel my insurance because of this, the person in the call center hung up on me.
The personnel were cortious and professional, they were able to verify my details hassle-free. My phone was replace as agreed they sent a replacement with 3 days and I had the old one returned to them. An overall nice experience
Their phone service is TERRIBLE !!
Geek guys are excellent. They are pro. Techy to handle any technical issues.
