Pretty good company. Branch staff seem under appreciated. They put out a pretty good effort to keep staff happy, trained, and taken care of. However the burocracy of unions and corporate offices really seem to weigh them down; simple solutions are made complicated than they should be because of this. 4 because the Branch staff try their best. Just wish they had more say in making positive changes to internal work processes. Also their pay for security guards is the highest in the province.
The Garda team there is very strong and the do there best to keep there employees happy. Sometimes it doesn’t work. But I don’t think they get the credit they deserve. The new branch manager is very good. He is quick to get things done. He is very helpful. He put his all into what he does even if some is unnoticed. Way better then the old one. Track pants. But yes the new manager is awesome even if he looks a little like ed Sheeran. But all in all they aren’t a bad company to work for. Right now. I would recommend applying with them.
I worked for this Garda Regina. People hired from Ontario doesn't have education how to deal with guard and such. People in management Uneducated, Unorganized, Upper level doesn't have a clue whats going in branch. If you bring up any issue they so lazy to do anywork. Never maintain their mobile vehicle keep dragging the repairs. Such a horrible companies. Soo much goofy things are going in office.
Had my first experience dealing with a delivery from this company. Very professional and polite.
