I hate that store bought laptop from there and had problems with my new laptop it wont start up so went to regina store to replace it. firstly let me tell you staff over there have no clue what so ever whoever u call they r are all busy doing nothing just roaming around ask them question and they say let me call my colleague who works in this department. ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!. Anyways so went to customer service desk and explained everything to them and they said go and speak to "geek squad" so went to speak with expert geek and she said oh she cant help me if I want I can return it and get refund. and I just kept on staring at her as to what does she mean she cant help me. then she said oh because I didnt take protection plan when I bought so either I pay 250.00 for her to check or return the product. By this time I thought to myself this store do not deserve my money so I retuned my awful laptop which by the way was of 1200.00 and promised never to shop at that place. Stay away from regina future shop
staples had a tablet for sale so I went to future so and they price beat staples plus 10% less. thanks future shop
