Went to Fresh and Sweet for my first time today. It was a wonderful experience! Kind and welcoming staff. Delicious food and drinks. The rolo latte was possibly one of the best lattes I've ever had! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend trying it out for yourself :)

Was highly rated so we decided to check it out on a Sunday morning. Got there shortly after open at 9:00 (nice to have a place open earlier on a Sunday) and got a table right away, was busy but quiet. Great menu, tough to choose because it all looked so good! My Eggs Benedict was great and my friend combo breakfast smelled amazing. Coffee was good and served in huge mugs. It was starting to get busier when we left shortly after 10:00, I would definitely go early to ensure no wait/quieter atmosphere.
John says "You Gotta Eat Here" on the food network...well he is definitely not wrong. If you get a chance...their cinnamon buns are my absolute favorite...so buttery and just melt in your mouth amazing so much so that just 1 may not be enough!!!
Cool place had chicken and waffles but the chicken wasn't deep fried. I was expecting a more southern dish but it was still good. But I would go with a sweater sauce
Sandwiches, soups, coffee & delicious treats galore. Bonanza brunches with huge helpings of the staples like bacon & eggs but also try the banana bread French toast! Or maybe the white chocolate velvet pancakes. Basic seating, sometimes a wait on weekends, a favourite of the Riders for pre-game breakfast. So delicious and centrally located in Regina!
Food is okay, if you can get it. We ordered breakfast and only half showed up. They weren't very forthcoming with a refund, either. Very disappointing to see this type of service. Definitely go somewhere else.
The food was excellent, some limitations to menu items likely related to COVID-19, but still plenty of great options. It was busy, but tables were properly spaced out. A great local place for brunch!
Delicious. Recommend the Buffalo Benny wrap and the Smoked Salmon Benny Bowl. Lovely coffee and friendly service
