The manager has without a doubt some of the worst customer service skills. This guy feels that he knows more thank you and everyone else. Like personally I’d rather drive all the way to the Northgate mall then go to the Cornwall centre just for the simple fact of this me know it all of a manager with his customer service skills.

Bought 2 pair adidas ultra boost i had the shoes out of the box in the check out so he can see himself if anything wrong. I paid then the manager who is in the til that time. He gave me 2 bags and left me with out any word. Do i have to put the shoe in the box my self and bag it or should did he? I felt it’s kind of rude to do that to your customer Mr Manager. Every time i grabbing stuff to this store i always have this kind of stuff happening.

The worst shoes store in the world!!! Rude staffs, poor quality of shoes, dirty environment. I surprise this store is still in here. All staffs just kept chatting each other. They always ignore costumers. The young black girl wearing glasses, did not bring anything. She kept watching something on her phone. Worst awful store ever!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I went last week to return my husband’s jacket which we purchased online. As my husband was out of town and I also had to travel out of country for 2 months, so I went there myself to return. The manager there whose name is “Abby Chopra” harassed me. He told me that I have stolen the credit card even after I gave him receipt with the product I was returning. He then told me that he want the credit card statement showing that the transaction was made. I called my husband and asked him to send me the screenshot. Even after showing him the statement, he said that he will refund to my husband not to me as I may have stolen his credit card. I was with one of my friend and we both explained him the situation. He was not even ready to refund after my husband wanted to give him authority over the phone. At last we had to call the customer care and told them everything. They said that if the statement has my husband’s name then I can be refunded. I did showed all that to Abby but he declined to return. He doesn’t even deserve to be a manager. This the second incident happened to us with this manager. We no longer want to buy anything from foot locker now until and unless Psycho people like Abby Chopra is working there. Very humiliating and disappointed.

Four employees working on a Friday night and no customers in the store. My mom and I walked in and no one greeted us or checked on us as we walked around the store. All of them were standing in a circle talking about what they would rather be doing on a Friday night. We will stick to online shopping then..

Order online waiting over a month send it email 5 times no one answers, finally at the 6 times foot locker email back said the ups send back the shoes to warehouse ! So why no one email tell me? And why I need email 6 times!
