Floating is a unique experience. The facility, rooms, and float tanks are top notch. Everything was very clean and relaxing. I wish the showering and afterwards prep areas were a bit larger and more private. In terms of floating, it is a process that might not work for everyone. It takes a long time for your brain to shut down and achieve relaxation and letting go. In that time, many may give up and become bored or feel uncomfortable continuing on. For me, it felt like it took a long time until I felt completely relaxed and either fell asleep or stopped thinking. It was worth the wait. In terms of the float itself, it is warm, and you float effortlessly in the salt water. Special care has to be given to any cuts or scrapes to ensure you don't feel pain or burning on those open wounds. I wouldn't recommend shaving in the days leading up to a float. I would float again. You have to be mentally prepared to stick with it and not give up...just like a meditation. This would really help for those with anxiety and busy minds.

Blissful, first float experience! Naturally i was a little anxious, and hesitant to book such a unique session. Typical subconscious, programming. Resiting new change. Finally I committed, with the convenience of online booking. I was put at ease instantly, walking into such a bright, warm, fun and peaceful environment. Jessica was so friendly and helpful. She really made me feel comfortable, and took the time to educate me on how to get the most out of my experience. Top rating for cleanliness too. I was able to get into total relaxation. I was totally chilled out for the rest of the day and slept through the entire night. 5 out 5. So excited for my next float. Thank you Jessica and the rest of the YQR Float Now team.
Amazing staff, amazing experience, will be back on a regular basis. Will be buying floats for my grown children as gifts! Highly recommend.
The Float was amazing. The feeling of being weightless was weird at first but I got pretty comfortable and I think I fell asleep cause all of a sudden a light came on and music started. I know I was in there for 90 minutes because of the time when I got out of the cabinet. I highly recommend floating. The staff makes sure of every detail you need to know, and extra towels if you think you need it. Great relaxation.
An extremely relaxing experience. Super clean and and modern. If you have never done folates, I highly recommend to do it al least once.
I was not sure what to do even after they explained the process because the whole idea is kinda foreign to me. However, I followed the process they had on the wall and floated in the water. It was great. I have diagnosed severe ADHD and even though my brain didn't completely shut off (like I was kinda hoping it would) I was able to get relaxed to a point where my mind didn't scream at me for 90 minutes. I am happy. The only thing that I didn't like was that the salt drys on your skin and once that happened i got a little itchy. Mental note for next time is to keep washing the water over my exposed skin.
I'm so glad we have this in regina! lobby is very clean and serene. Staff are super chill and very helpful. Tank rooms have great ambiance. All necessities are provided. Soundproof and silent, so nice. Shower has good water pressure and warms up fast. Float is fantastic, clean and the part of my routine i really actively look forward to
Very relaxing, clean, easy to understand for first time floats. Husband did say his star lights were burned out but we both enjoyed the experience. The artwork featured was local and great to look at! Would come again when in the area.
