Package is sitting at the facility and i am not allowed to go get it. This is a 500 plus order, always avoid fedex if possible, i have to use them at work sometimes as well and its nothing but a problem.

Hate FedEx. I've never had problems with other shipping companies. Whenever I get a package shipped to me from Fedex I always have to pay import fees while other places have never asked for it. They also never knock or ring the doorbell so I have to drive all the way to the south end from the east to pick it up. There are also a couple of times where my tracking says my package was delivered to me when it was not. I'm still waiting for a response about my 172 package [

Apparently it takes 5 days to get a package from fedex that’s already in Regina. Also if you rate there service bad on the call they hang up on you haha
Fedex in Regina has apparently not gotten the memo that shipments under 150 don’t acquire import fees because they still charge ridiculous fees on shipments under even 100
Incompetent staff,extremely slow...They could not find my package.They made me wait 50 min for finding my package...I will never use Fed Ex anymore.
Great place and an even better staff, always have a pleasant time at this location for my shipping needs!
a Parcel that was supposed shipped to me was sent in the wrong direction and to several places that took the package farther and farther away from its intended location. contacted customer support and was told "it is going to the "local necessary Facilities"." it went from south dakota to Colorado to Iowa to Minnesota and now its just been sitting in Minnesota for 2 days will never use fedex again american shipping companies are just trash now UPS and Fedex both are gigantic trash.
