Dropped off a package. Clean and friendly staff. Done business with them before,no complains with them.
The man took my phone, then said my name was not on my package. I had to point out that the name on my photo ID and on the package were the exact same, as well as the address. Had to physically take my cell phone and drivers license back. How come i have to jump through loops to pick up at a pick up location, when FedEx literally leaves my package outside a door that says "do not use this door", no knock on the door, nothing.
I was promised that my tracking number would be texted to me by the lady at the till. It was mildly busy and it was apparent she was pretty not comfortable running the place. She said she'd text the tracking number to me once she got the others taken care of. When I called I was unable to speak to her. I never did get the tracking number and I truly needed it for a warranty replacement.
