This is a great place to live! The buildings are neat and well maintained. The sidewalks and lots are always cleared promptly. Fine people will be your neighbours.

To be honest this community is alright as long as you have good neighbours. The shared laundry is terrible, I have had someone unplug the washer on me and go through my clothes in the dryer, also the washer takes 31 min, I got into the laundry room in 35 min with someone already removing my laundry from the machine. I have solved that issue by doing laundry at a family members. These units are not quiet, the neighbours above insist on pounding on the floor constantly, I have talk to them myself 3 times and made 4 complaints to Boardwark and their suggestion was to move me into a different suite, um yeah. I'm not the issue so not a relevant solution. I also talked to some other neighbours, and they have also made complaints against the same neighbours. I had no problems with the 3 neighbours that lived up there before. As a positive they were very responsive to service tickets which is awesome. Besides that there are a ton of comparable priced suites with better options. Looking forward to my lease being up so I can move.
Great place for family. A lot of place for kids to run around. Bwalk customer service is great. However, rents are going up out of proportion.
Boardwalk is a wonderful place to rent from. They have a good maintenance guarantee which is if its not fixed within 24 hours you get each day it isn't fixed free, which means less rent to pay for next month. The only problems I have with Boardwalk is some of the people they rent to. The apartments I am in is a family building but the people here are very inconsiderate. The caretaker doesn't listen to anyone and will turn her music up to the max and won't answer the door when anyone goes to ask her to turn it down. I have 2 small boys that nap but they can't nap during the day because of her. I am ready to get her fired.
