I am very disappointed. I received a covid test on a Monday and was told I would be called with the results or I could see it on a Ehealth account. When no one was calling after my friends had already received their results I made an account and there were no notifications. So I called in the morning and stayed on hold for about 4 hours. I couldn’t take it anymore and put my number in for call back and to no ones surprise they didn’t called me. I tried calling periodically throughout the week and checking my account with no luck. I had to call my family doctor a week later who told me they had gotten the results on Wednesday. Terrible service all around.

During registration you're supposed to phone a number now and press '5' to obtain your pin. When you call the number, a long annoying greeting message about the line plays. If you try pressing '5', or anything at all, it just ignores until the end of the greeting and then says the selection is not valid and loops. If you don't press anything, at the end of it there's another automated message that cuts in and asks if you're still there, then it immediately loops and plays the greeting again. You don't get your pin, and you don't get to use the service. [Edit: It appears that it may do this after hours or when the caller queue is full - probably a misconfigured call queue system. I did eventually get my pin after 45 min on hold several days later.]

Worst website ever. Interface is overly complicated, and logging in to access your health information is next to impossible. Very frustrating to use.
