I was very happy with this company and encountered no "grumpy counter person" as another review mentioned here. I had several phone conversations with these folks before going to their order desk to pick up a very small order. Every encounter was very helpful and courteous. At the order desk I had two people helping me to make sure I got what I needed. In the end I spent maybe a 100 dollars which was a very small order for a company that would normally be doing orders worth thousands of a dollars. At no point, even with my tiny order and a lot of questions, was a treated with anything other than kindness and respect. Top kudos to Ecco Supply and their customer service people.

They helped me out with a water heater and AC. And gave me a great price.
A company i used to work for and workmanship was top piority, over the last year i have found that the workmanship went right out the window. Which is typical when companys get more machinery, workers get lazy.
Good place to get HVAC parts
