They did an amazing job fixing up my car! There was an issue at first with the parts they had ordered (at no fault of their own) and Stuart made sure to keep me in the loop and up to date on the progress! There was such great communication through the whole thing, and they were able to provide me with a courtesy car so I wouldn't be without transportation. Would highly reccomend, it was a great experience!

The folks here were an absolute pleasure to deal with, right from the very first phone call. I had put off getting my truck repaired for a good while as I work in the city but don’t live there, so being without my truck for any period of time would be a major inconvenience. Having a courtesy car provided to get me to work and home was a life saver, and the vehicle swaps were done at MY convenience. Being kept in the loop during the repair process was very appreciated, as I’ve never had this done by any other repair shop I’ve used in the past. I can’t say enough about the great people and the fantastic service I received, the only thing better was the results of their work on my Chevy Colorado. Even though the front end was messed up pretty good, my truck now looks better than ever and the repairs are absolutely flawless. I would recommend Craftsman Collision to anyone, every single time. Thanks guys!

Highly recommended - I brought my car into their shop for a minor claim. I was provided a courtesy car for the day, the work was completed quickly and my vehicle was cleaned and detailed for when I picked it up. Hopefully I won't require another visit to a bodyshop anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I'll be going! Thanks Craftsman Collision!
I noticed an unsightly and obnoxious scuff near my driver side tire that needed some love. Contacted them (and not only were they incredibly friendly and knowledgeable) they had me come down the next day to get it fixed. They seamlessly repaired my issue, made sure my headlights got a little extra cleaning love and did it all in a timely manner. Good people doing good work who obviously care about helping others. I'd give em 6 stars if possible!
I took my vehicle there with a small claim on the front end. About 2100. I was turned away. Told by the manager that they do not want my business. Then I find out that they aren't even a local company. Don't have my Business anyway now. Support local people!
