Collab has been a part of multiple renovations in my home - updating the bathroom, the kitchen and the main story flooring followed by the addition of a top to bottom basement suite. The entire team is attentive and kind and completed our projects quickly while cleaning up after themselves as they went. They are easily who I will trust for any future projects and who I highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest general contractor.

We had a good idea of what we wanted, but they collaborated and brought their thoughts to the table to create something truly beautiful and functional. To say it quickly--Collab does quality work and has a great crew. We bought our home knowing we wanted to do a main floor/kitchen renovation and Collab made it possible. As first time home owners we weren't sure what we were stepping into so having a crew we could trust was important for us. Derek, James, and Nick (along with all the others) were all great to work with. Throughout the whole process they always went above-and-beyond, and were professional and creative in their work. From bringing layout ideas that we had not considered to our beautiful herringbone tile backsplash that we were not expecting (Thanks Nick and crew!..I still stare at the backsplash and butcher block combo for extended periods of time). Throughout all stages they were great to work with, very considerate, and did quality work. Could not recommend them more as a construction company and as people.

Starting with a discovery meeting to discuss our future vision we were able to create a plan and knew we would be in good hands going forward. Using some personal services combined with their services we stayed within our budget and now have a beautiful, modern kitchen. The renovation overall was a very seamless process and they were very prompt in responding to all of our questions and concerns. Big job or small they do quality work and we'd highly recommend them. Thank you for everything, we could not be happier with the end result.

Collaborative Construction and their crew is nothing short of the best! We recently had them out to remove and install new windows and our experience was great. They were on time, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Even when there was a hiccup (which was house related) Derek, Nick, Terry and Evan had the answers and didn’t skip a beat. There was no standing around and each one of them knew what the next step was until completion. We felt very comfortable having Collaborative Construction in our home and feel their professionalism is unmatched. If you’re in the market for any kind of Reno, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not reaching out to them. I know they’ll be my go to crew for years to come.
