Great selection of drinks. When done right it's great! Today was a miss for me, I got my free birthday drink which is awesome, but toppings were completely wrong & customer service could be a little more friendly/interactive.

I have been to Chatime twice & both times were excellent! Today when we went I got the new green apple bubble tea & my friend got the hazelnut coffee with boba. Mine was fantastic, very refreshing - and my friend said his didn’t taste at all like hazelnut but more of a iced hot chocolate - it was VERY chocolate with no hazelnut flavour (but still tasty!). There are so many flavours & options, I look forward to visiting again to try more. They have butterfly pea teas that look MAGICAL - I will be trying those next trip for sure. The store is always clean, employees are friendly, and I appreciate the different options for seating! It’s a very small but cozy atmosphere. The best thing about the store is how you can customize the sugar and ice levels! I was so happy when I saw a bubble tea place was opening by the university & this place certainly does not disappoint.
Not as busy as Gong Cha and the tea is just as good, they don't have the bubble waffles, but I enjoy the vibe of this place more than the other spots.
I've tried them at least 6 times and I don't know why I keep going back. Every time the drinks are either too sweet or tastes horrible. I've tried Chatime in Saskatoon and other cities but they were never this bad. Never again...
They are sometimes out of milk tea but other than that it's good. I have noticed though with the points system that it doesn't always give you the points for each drink.
Great selection, monthly special and must try roasted milk tea with pearl if you are new to bubble tea!
I am so excited to have a chatime in Regina. Went in the other day and my milk tea with pearls was exactly how I remember it from Guam. They are taking Covid precautions very seriously with distancing and the staff wore masks and gloves. Good service, good product, and I’ll be back every time I’m in that area of the city.
Really amazing taste! New drinks often come out. Recommend to everyone _
