We went into Charms, basically comparative shopping, looking for a 10th Anniversary ring! Kish was our salesperson! He not only made us feel confident in his knowledge, but helped us find the perfect ring, and let us feel good about spending a lot more than we intended to, but knowing we got great value for our dollars! The manager was also very helpful in explaining the difference between a real diamond and man made diamonds! Everything we buy is from Charms, warranty is very worth every Penny as well!

We went here to look for wedding rings and thanks to Jim and Jo-Ann we found a great one that was perfect for us. I couldn’t recommend them enough, but when we went back to pick up the ring the other guy working that day made us feel very unwelcome and unwanted. His first words to us while we were waiting to come in was “read the sign” when I said we had and we are good he then asked “why do you need in here” I said were picking up a ring and to take a look around which is when he informed us we don’t need to come in unless we are buying something. There were no other customers in the store at the time so no reason to not let 2 people come in and look around while they pick up a ring they’ve already paid for. We originally had a good experience but that, frankly, made me never want to come back. This is what I’ll remember most about My experience at Charm.
