Worst Service. Booked an appointment. A call was advised to be given prior to showing.Never received a phone call. As the appointment was set for 6:00 pm, the appointment has to be rescheduled. Went to the place and had to find the office because no directions was given . Went to the place and no one answered . Call this morning to tell them what happened and advised that was no schedule on the time I stated. So, I had to set up a new appointment and when I asked for a name , the lady paused and replied a name. I am not even sure if that is real .

Three calls to book a showing appointment.They promised to text or to give a notification where to meet. I never received any text messages or call. Noticed that the price ranges posted in their ads are always different from what they tell you. For example, one bed room for 800 is posted 1 hr ago before you call them.It is miraculously gone and the bed room price is now 1,000. If you are willing to pay premium for bad services and most likely for bad housing condition,I don’t recommend Boardwalk.
Very bad place to rent
Absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t even give them one star. Horrible for maintenance issues. We had a leak for the whole time we were here and were told it was just the roof and they wouldn’t fix the roof. Very bad customer service.
Great customer service, but terrible living conditions. Water leaking from ceiling all winter. After a handful of visits from contractors, the problem is still not resolved. Steer clear away from Centenniel street apartments.
The most worst place to be. I would suggest the guys who is going to live or saw this review to not to choose broadwalk. Instead choose hillsdale
They just give the notification card and 2mins later they enter ur room. Very bad service.
Neither the crew in the office are nice, nor the units. Only advantage is the site.. University.
