Celis Academy is an amazing place! I have been training at this academy for over 10 years, and I have learned countless life skills that I apply to my everyday life. Over the years I have had the opportunity to learn discipline, perseverance, and most importantly, confidence. I have also had the chance to connect with many kind hearted and hardworking individuals I now refer to as my closest friends, and my second family. Throughout the years, I have had many opportunity's to travel around Canada to complete with other martial art students from around the world. Coming to this academy was the best choice I have ever made. I highly recommend joining this academy if you are looking for a hobby, a place to learn self defense, or to have a fun time! No matter your age, gender, or culture, you will receive the guidance to grow as an individual in every way.

We started TaeKwon Do, when our middle child brought a brochure home about them, that was over 5 years ago. Now, all three of our boys take TaeKwon Do and enjoy the challenge of this martial art. The instructors there are great, they take the time to explain what they are doing and give them practice time to work on their abilities, so they can grow, gain experience and self confidence. The academy is family run, which has made it a friendly place that we can go, in the time we have be there we have made new friends with the Celis's and other parents we have met there.

This is a family run business that has dedicated time to helping others. They teach more than Taekwon Do. My son joined Celis in Sept. 2012. He has grown into a well rounded young man. He not only learns the skill of Tae, he has learned discipline, respect and confidence. He knows how to handle himself in situations. He shows all aspects of what they value, :respect, responsiblity, selfcontrol, kindness, compassion, cooperation, honesty, persaverance, indomitable spirit, and humility. I have 2 kids in Taekwondo at Celis Accademy. One going into her third year and one going into his second year. They have loved it since day 1. They are learning self defense as well as self discipline, confidence and respect. The instructors are awesome and really care about the kids. It is a great family atmosphere and I would highly recommend Celis Acadamy to anyone. They bring the best out in the kids of all ages and ability levels. They have been amazing with our son who has Cerebral Palsy, they have designed a program for him that allows him to advance within a program that is designed specifically for him.
