I have bought and sold properties 10 times in Saskatchewan. Jimmy Cheung is the worst appraiser I have ever come across. He is grossly incompetent, doesn't know what he's doing, and came up with a value that clearly makes zero sense and confirms his incompetence. He may have intentionally provided an extremely low value for a home appraisal because the client was irritated with him. I will be looking into filing a complaint against his unprofessionalism and incompetence.
