Great service I needed a toe at 1130 pm because I had 2 flat tires I called Ford roadside assistance. the tow truck was there very quickly. The young girl who was sent out called us a cab, and waited with us until the cab came. It was pouring rainin a city that we are not from. She was so kind and when I told her I was sorry for the wait and she told me that was her job and she would wait with us to get us in a taxi before she would load up and tow my vehicle.

Terrible told someone would be here in 45 minutes after an hour and a half no one here - call there and they say on way but have to get fuel first? Half hour later still no one what a waste of time. This is who roadside assistance connected with - next time I'll stick to club towing
