Carter Armstrong responded to my interest in a 2013 Matrix that I found on Marketplace. He answered my MANY daily questions in a timely manner for a week before I made the drive from Saskatoon to buy the car. He was knowledgeable but didn’t pretend to know it all, and found answers quickly when necessary. He was polite and patient and made the whole process of buying this car easy. He went above and beyond with customer service and I would recommend asking for him if you want a new car (or used car!).

We bought a new Lincoln Continental from Capital in September of 2017. It's the second car we've bought from them. We love the cars, but we are blown away by the service! They are friendly, timely, and have looked after the few issues our cars have had, quickly and professionally. I've recommended them to family members and will continue to do so.
Exceptional Experience - Mirnal (Manager ) his team Nepolean and Darshan together made purchasing vehicle really easy for me. They all are very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressure and rush like other dealerships. Transparent procedure. These guys know what they are doing. They made me and my business feel valued.

Do not trust this place to buy a used vehicle, EVER! Especially if you don't know very much about cars, they will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I bought I 2002 Jimmy from them last Fall and just had a safety inspection done on it and my mechanic could not believe they let us even drive it off of the lot. It was missing a sway bar link, leaking oil, seized power steering pump, and was missing multiple bushings. These guys told me when I bought it they did a full inspection on it, which was a lie.
