When I saw all theses negative reviews, I was very anxious when I knew that two of my parcels would be delivered by them. Well, I have nothing to say but good things about Canpar. The first parcel was a small one. They delivered it in front of my condo door after getting into the building using the intercom. The second one was much bigger. It arrived on a Friday morning. They called me to give the choice between picking it up right away or being delivered on the following Monday. I chose the first one to get my parcel sooner. They took the time to explain to me where and how to get my parcel. I was welcome to their offices where my parcel was waiting for me. Very easy process actually. Very happy with the services I got.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. They don't even attempt to deliver packages (we checked the security footage and they never once came to the door) but will mark it as "attempted delivery" so that you're forced to pick it up. This has happened to me multiple times and the employees DO NOT CARE. Do not use this company.
I was looking for a way to give them 0 stars. Delay is acceptable but 0 customer service through CANPAR call center. There's a usual 2-3 hour wait on the phone for a person who tells you what their website tells you, which is NOTHING. The delivery driver delivered a 1500 package on the porch without ringing the bell or knocking the door. I tracked the item and that's how I saw it is delivered on the porch 1 hour ago. They are the ones why Porch Pirates have such a fun times in Regina. They need an overhaul honestly.
Once again, driver says he made an attempt but Noone was home. Well, the intercomm is forwarded to my cell phone.. So, nice try. I really wish online stores would stop using them. About the only time they actually delivere the parcel is when I have to pay customs. Also, didn't leave a notice, so I didn't know there was a parcel until I was phoned by the pickup desk. I'm starting to think if the driver has a bunch of undelivered packages at the end of the day, they just say Noone was home..
The item was delivered when they said it would be, would use again with confidence.

Only one person allowed in at a time. That'll be fun come winter. Mostly I gave it 3 stars because it's so hard to find. You have to drive to the far side of the building over a gravel road. When you get there there is a tiny sign over the door on the side of a massive building. I almost couldn't find it!
My Walmart package went to a completely different city and was delivered to a completely different person. Trying to call and the phone line is suspended. What terrible service, it won’t be long before this company is out of business! Better yet, what’s Walmart Canada doing? There just as a bad what a shame.
