Edit: They contacted me and made it right. Hopefully this doesn't happen again in the future. For that I bumped it up to a 4 star. Pretty annoying when you pay for CAA for nearly 15 years ( Used the service only once previously, Have the plus membership ) and you ask them to come do an on-site battery replacement ( a service they provide to members ) and they call you back and tell you they can't because the battery is slightly harder to get to because its at the back side of the engine compartment... Not sure why I even pay for this if I can't even use the benefits. Not my Pic but for reference.... The shop was great and had it replaced in a few minutes but I should never have had to take the hour out of my day to go and do this. They get 2 stars just because the shop was good onsite service was abysmal.

EDIT: Still no response from the email. Beware of this shop. When I called them I was told that I would receive a call with an estimate the next day for how much the repair would be (the issue with my van was that the battery had died and the engine was flooded with gas). However, to my surpise the next day when I received a call stating that the repairs were going to cost 430 I was shocked. I asked what was wrong, so I could call around to other shops and was told that the repairs were already completed and there were no other options than to pay up. No estimate call. No options. In the middle of a pandamic after losing my job, this was a punch to the gut. This was my first time getting work done at this shop after getting referred to it by the CAA tow truck operator. I will not be back. Car owners beware of this predatory shop. As a CAA member I was expecting so much more, while I did receive 10 per cent off on labour, that did not make up for anything. I feel as if the 10 per cent is just bait to come in so they can charge them insane prices.
This place is terrific. I took my daughter’s car there. Checked it over for a very reasonable price. Didn’t try and upsell me on a bunch of work. Thanks

Your dispatch told me that your truck will be leaving asap but for whatever reason it took him two hours to get to Dewdney and tower road. I wasted 2.5 hours just for your driver to tell us that our winch out was just impossible to do without using THREE trucks to successfully get us out. Your driver didn't even have proper footwear to be working in mud and was talking like he was an idiot. He literally drove up about 30 feet away from us and then said that he didn't have a good feeling so he didn't want to do it. According to your employee, it would have taken an additional 2 hours (on top of the 2 we already waited) and 3 of your trucks to do a simple winch out. But Club Towing not only got to us within 30 mins, but also properly completed the call within another 20 mins with only 1 truck.
Great staff, great discounts, job well done. I have changed tire places to here!
Never take your car to CAA. Sue MacLaren, I call her "the Grinch" lady at the front desk wanted to charge me 30 just to have the technician look at broken clamp which even a little kid can identify as broken. It takes just 2 SECONDS to figure out if it is broken. I simply wanted a price quote for replacement and she would not tell me until I pay 30 to know the price quote. Are you F kidding me! I went to Napa auto and without spending a penny to technician I got my price quote and will have it done by them. CAA has lost me and all my friends for good! Good luck CAA!
