Well my bud led me to another great place. This pool hall has food, drinks, video games and lots of pool tables spread out over a vast floor. Was especially nice having a table by the big windows. Good hourly rate too and lots of parking as well. I lost 4-2 but wasn’t playing by “crown rules”. Inside joke, but come play here and you’ll still feel like royalty.

Great customer service the food is good I ordered wings...good but the fries too salty. The place is loud and lively they have pool tables and screens are everywhere so no one can miss any game. It's very cheap and is good gor a quick gathering with friends very casual and different age group. I would recommend if you don't have nuch money and want to hang out with friends.
I came to the rack for wings on a monday awhile back. It was busy but the service was consistent. I sat at the bar, and I overheard a man who I perceived to be the manager openly mocking and belittling the wait-staff. He didnt seem to care that I could hear him doing this, and it was extremely off-putting. Doesn't seem fair to run a business like that. The rack is a good place to grab some food and play pool, but I don't see myself going back if that's the demeanour of the owner in front of paying customers.
I used to love going here, but I had a recent negative experience on Saturday, March 6th. I realize we are in a pandemic. This is why I am friendly to wait staff no matter what, but especially during these times. But this particular waitress on Saturday was just plain awful. Not sure of her name, but she was a bit shorter with dark hair. To start it all off: I was with two of my friends who are foreign, they wanted to double-check to make sure we were on the list for a pool table, so they slowly and calmly asked her to confirm that. She very rudely and quickly replied "____ is taking care of that, right now I'm asking if you want any drinks". Umm ok. So we got drinks and eventually a pool table as well. Right now the rule is you can't drink your drinks at the pool table because you have to wear your mask at all times while playing, so we followed the rules and only went back to our table periodically to sip on our drinks. She did come to tell us when last call was, and then when it was close to closing time she comes over to me and says "You have five minutes to finish your game and your drink or I'm dumping it!" Okay but I'm in the middle of a pool game, and you said I'm not allowed to drink while I'm playing. Like I'm doing my best here. We were just about done our game but ended up dumping all the balls because she was being so rude, even though it wasn't even 11PM yet. Then she tried to over-charge us on our bills, until we caught it and asked her to correct it. Needless to say, I didn't tip her at all. And like I said, I do understand it is very stressful right now for business owners. Especially in the bar/restaurant industry and they have rules to follow or they could be fined. But I have been out to a few other places during the pandemic and have not been treated this horribly as a customer. I have been trying to support local businesses but this unfortunate experience will definitely deter my friends and I from returning here anytime soon.

Staff was very friendly to us during out U of R pool night. The waitress worked hard and was very good about checking in on everyone and if they had enough water/needed anything else. The bartender was lively and very outgoing. Everyone had a really great time. Food was great!
20 a hour for pool! Not bad at all, I came with my boyfriend and 4 other people. They ordered drinks, no issues there! I ordered their nachos & can I say they were GREAT!! excellent food! Staff was very nice & helpful when it came to asking questions. Definitely one of my favorite places to order nachos from now!!
