I didn't even know this restaurant was here. I tried this place and had a pastry along with soup and a meal. I found the food to be fresh and tasty. The pastry was soft and flavourful. The soup was hearty as well! I'd definitely recommend this place and having the kids area is really nice. I would definitely recommend this place for a healthier food option.
The concept of a vegan, high quality cafe with a childrens play area and a work area for parents seemed like it would be difficult but they have nailed it. Ordered a salad and a Saskatoon berry bowl. The food was excellent. The cafe is chic and clean. Also met the owners... super friendly. Wish I could come back weekly.
A very cute place. My partner and I both loved the treats we got there and I am extremely happy that there is a place nearby to buy Thrive Juice! My only complaint is that it’s a bit expensive, though not terribly, and their London Fog is not a London Fog. I was super disappointed when I saw powder being put in a cup after I ordered a London Fog especially when I saw syrups and tea on the shelves. However, would absolutely go back to try the other drinks and treats.
This place had a pleasant atmosphere, but the espresso in my cappuccino was pretty bad. It tasted like watery scorched black coffee. I think the individual making the coffee was new and barely tamped it. Update. I tried another cappuccino, and still not good in my opinion.
Overall, I found the location to be nice and the interior to be well decorated. It’s a shame the business itself is so unorganized and their food/drinks are both subpar and overpriced. The staff also could stand to be more professional. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend, especially in Regina, where the market is very competitive and I could get something better for much less money.

Best smoothie bowls in town! Also great coffee with a variety of milk or plant based options, the sandwiches and baking are also both delicious, and the atmosphere of the cafe and co working space is trendy and warm.
