Debt is something that I've been struggling to understand, get out of and know what is the best strategy because of unexpected life events. Based on reviews, I booked a meeting with BDO. Unfortunately, it was an awful experience. It was rushed and I didn't feel like we had time to discuss or clarify options or walk me through a potienital action plan. This is why I can to understand the options. Tami used terms and proposals that I didn't know of or understand and when asked to clarify the meeting quickly got defensive and hostile. I just incredibly stupid for not knowing. Not a good experience and disappointed in how this turned out. I won't be going back and I didn't feel valued as a potienital client. My experience has been the complete opposite from the reviews.
