When I walked in the staff were working on a guitar out front. When you buy stuff you get a hand-written receipt. Music stores just aren't like this anymore and I hope this place never changes. The staff are knowledgable and friendly aswell, I Always feel like I'm in some underground punk bank or part of the stones whenever I leave here. Plus they carry lots of stuff thats made in canada which is a bonus for me personally. I wouldn't be surprised if they made custom gear in the back lol

Every time I stop in here, the reception is always welcoming and friendly. No “big box” atmosphere. Prices are competitive, brands are comparable but limited. Still a great little music store.

Amazing staff and owner. If you are looking for a place to get musical instruments or sound equipment and want personalized service and expertise, this is the place to go. If they don't have it in store they will order anything that you need and their pricing is very good. There are other music stores you could go to, but there are none where you will get this kind of service.
