We used Authentic to build our dream home and they blew us away. All of the design elements came together so perfectly. They worked with us to stay within our budget but to still get the things that we wanted and I don’t think that we sacrifice anything! They were always available if we had any questions or to discuss something that we were thinking about. They were extremely knowledgable and only provided us with the highest quality of materials, workmanship, and service. They went above and beyond to ensure that our build experience was seamless and stress free. They were honest and told us when something was not right or if it was out of budget. They helped us find alternatives to items that were not within our budget so that we could still get what we wanted in our dream home. I wasn't sure if we would get all that we wanted in this home knowing that we were building on a budget but Authentic made sure that we got all that we wanted and more. I did not feel as if we scarified anything at all. They didn't just build us a home they provided us with a completely one of a kind experience that was so enjoyable and stress free.

When starting the build process it can be incredibly scary and nerve racking, and we definitely felt that way when we started. However, looking back on our experience with Authentic I would want to assure all future customers that you truly have nothing to worry about with them as your builder. They strive for a superior product, and their quality is top notch. I never had to worry about asking questions or voicing concerns because they were always handled professionally and respectfully. Working with Jason and Jackie was a real treat, and their team of contractors are so polite and kind. I really couldn’t have imagined a smoother build, and we were thrilled with the results. If we were to build again, they would be our first and only call.

We had a very specific vision in mind and you were able to bring that to life for us. Your trades crew is second to none. We didn't feel like a project, your crew knew us by name and always kept us in the loop. Thank you Josh and Adrian for going above and beyond. We had a million questions and you guys always had an explanation for why we were doing things a certain way, or in some circumstances even helped us come up with better solutions. Thank you! Robert is amazing, his attention to detail is something that needs to be noted. His commitment to delivering a “perfect job” really shined through in our kitchen and en-suite bathroom. We can’t thank you enough! When your building a home, you don’t always get the opportunity to work directly with the owner of the company, I think that this is something that sets Authentic apart. Jason was always there to answer our questions or help us come up with solutions. We appreciated everything. We were concerned going into a new build that this would be a daunting task. It wasn't.
