We got to the shop at our appointment time, shop was locked. We knocked and she unlocked the door but didn't open either if the doors to greet us. It was freezing inside. All she asked when we got in was "youre here for grad? Dresses are over here and over there". Never once asked if my daughter wanted to be measured, never once asked what style, color she wanted. Never once asked if she could help us with dresses. My daughter tried on a variety of dresses that my sister and i took down for her because the lady sat behind her desk on her phone 90% of the time we were there. She did get up and get us 2 dresses after we asked her for them and 1 she wasn't going to get down because she said my daughter wouldn't fit it, it was a size 2. How would she know that...she didn't measure her...it wasnt until my daughter asked the lady herself to get it down, that she finally did. She tried it on and she FIT IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Id never recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome customer service and selection! Found two wedding dresses I loved there - the top of one and the train on another...and somehow they were able to make a custom dress to combine what I loved on both dresses into one! And it was at an AMAZING price! Got our flower girl dress there too, and now 6 years later, I'm buying a flower girl dress there for my daughter who's in a wedding this summer. Highly recommend this bridal store!

We went there last week looking for a wedding dress. When we walked in, there were two other ladies by the door that the sales associate was talking to. When we came in, we said that we were looking for a wedding dress and started looking at the dresses. The sales associate never asked what style I was looking for or tried to engage with us in any way. The whole time we were there, she was talking to the other two ladies completely ignoring our presence there. I tried to look around, but those dresses were very cramped, and without professional assistance, all those dresses looked the same to me. This is not the customer service a professional is expected to provide to a brand new bride that is looking for a wedding dress. We left after a few minutes. Thankfully, there are other stores in Regina where you can buy dresses to never have to come back to a store with customer service like this
