I took both dvd and receiver to be fixed both were fixed and work as they should the communication was good and there prices were fair I would use them again and recommend there service to others the receiver that they fixed was a Ken wood sovereign 5900 , most repair shops wont even consider repairing this receiver as it above there skill level but the brothers welcomed the challenge without any hesitation there work was exceptional and they were successful in getting it working so for a couple hundred dollars I now have my 3,200 dollar receiver delivering awesome sound again much appreciated the effort
I brought my Onkyo Receiver in to have it checked out. He asked me if I was alright with a 40.00 fee to check it. I expected he would have to take it apart to check it, so I thought that was fair, I told him go ahead and check it. All he did was plug it in ,turn it on ,push a button , a bunch of numbers showed up on the screen. He said the mother board is shot, and you can't buy a new one. That will be 40.00 Please. Clearly he knew he wasn't going to be able to fix it before ,he checked it. But, he gladly took my money, for 2 minutes of his time. Not Impressed! Then he asked me ,if I wanted to Recycle it. I said NO ,I wasn't going to give it to him so he could use it for parts. For what he did ,he could have told me to check it myself over the phone. Instead of me driving 110 miles to Regina ,just to be scammed out of 40.00.
95 min shop rate to look at something? Yeah right. Taking my business else where. What a joke. Called me back to say 40 to look at it. Still a joke. Still taking my business elsewhere.

Recently dealt with them. The only store in town willing to actually sell me the part I required to do the repair myself. Actually willing to negotiate some of the price.
10 stars ! Brought in the instrument cluster from my truck that has a known week point in the circuit board . They quickly determined that this was the problem with mine . Fixed it for me on the spot for a very reasonable price . After 3 weeks of flawless operation im going to declare the repair a success. Its hard to find places that fix anything anymore especially a business like this with great customer service !
