I was suppose to receive my cheque for refund 2 weeks back and haven't got any yet in my mail. I am getting hold of people over call waiting for the line to be connecting after 30 mins to an hour. And the people working in customer service know absolutely nothing. I don't have any tracking no. As the person said you can just contact Canada post without a tracking no. And when I contacted Canada post they asked me for a tracking no. Without which they are unable to help me. What the hell is happening! Do you just want people's money without providing an service??

In late January, after decades of coping with service interruptions, outdated and/or marginally operating equipment, callous staff (particular field personnel) and increasing fees, we terminated our internet and television service with Access Communications and commenced a similar service with an alternative provider, although Access offered to reduce our monthly fees by 50.00. Due to the time of year, the new service provider installed a temporary cable from the utility cabinet, at the rear of our property, along the fence line, across our private sidewalk, to our home. Approximately a week later, Access field staff requested and were granted property access to remove their equipment from the cabinet. They left the cabinet open and unsecured. In mid-March, we again granted Access field staff permission to enter our property to carry out repairs in the cabinet for our neighbour’s service. Several days later, we received a call from the alternative provider’s installer to advise us that the Access personnel had reported a “trip hazard” with their installation. That is the flattened cable, approximately 5 millimetres thick and 15 millimeters wide, positioned across the sidewalk leading to our backyard and entirely on our property. The foregoing lark, established that Access is undeserving of our patronage. While this incident may have been caused by a mindless employee; employees are an illustration of the organization’s culture and values.

Hack job at its finest. 7 visits to my house, which I had to miss work for and this is what I got. Started dealing with them back in may, June and it's now almost December. I still only have 4 out of 5 boxes hooked up. Internet is super weak as well. The best part about it all, is that their last tech canceled on us and rescheduled for the next day and never called or showed up, not once. I called to ask when someone would be completing the installation. They said a manager would call me back and explain what happened to our appointment by the next day. No call at all. 2 days later they cut off my service completely. I obviously called them again and they said they wanted the minimum payment before they would schedule someone to come back out again. Lol I signed up for 600 dollars worth of service for each month. Like all the bells and whistles, so they requested 290 down. I was insulted, so I paid it. I only paid it because I just want this f-in job completed and to just live my life and keep my family happy. I think the pictures pretty well explain themselves, but the last photo is the extra line they left in my livingroom. Almost 30 extra feet!! What!!! If I build you a house and only finish 90% of it and poorly, would you pay me? Maybe I'm foolish for giving them another chance and for paying them, but time will tell. This is the last straw here and now. I work my butt off each and everyday, doing the best job that I can. Is it so much to ask a major company to do their's? Like or follow if you can. I will post the progression or lack there of at this point. Last point, I'm only posting because the whole system is down...AGAIN!!! Be warned!! And stay tuned! Thanks for reading!

Inadequate and archaic service system! This company is bound for dinosaur status if it doesn’t wake up fast!
Currently on hold for ab hour. The hold music is horrible! All static screaming in my ear! Its giving me a headache! Please fix this issue!
