On a -30c day the excellent team at ABC Towing was able to accommodate me by picking up and transporting my sports car from railyard compound to the dealer to avoid any icy driving risk. Their office staff was engaged with what was required and called a day prior to check in with me to say they were awaiting the dealer call to me and only needed one hour notice to show up. Professional and extremely competent & careful is what we experienced. Plus very personable and happy guys - on a horribly cold & windy day. Service and price was excellent. I highly recommend ABC Towing for any towing or hauling needs (large or small) that you may have. Thanks again ABC Towing! You made the bitterly cold day - a fun experience.

Dispatch was clear and precise. The truck operator arrived fat and loaded up the car in a short time. AND priced nicely!! We have used them a few times now and will continue to call when needed
I was calling their line since 0930 and I understand it's really busy and finally get on the line at 1430 and very cold outside (-35 windchill). The lady on the line said it will take at least 8 to 9 hours for towing and I said okay and waiting for her to get my information, however while I was waiting for 10 minutes on the line she never get back on me and heard on the background she's answering another phone call. Never expected on this company to treat customers like this. Asking people to be nice on the phone and not to be abusive but there business practice wasn't even good.
She towed my car a few days ago. Was quick and was very pleasant. Was hesitant that a female driver was towing my vehicle but she definitely proved me wrong, she knew what she was doing. Very nice girl. Would get a tow from her again.
I was forced to abandon my car on Rochdale Blvd the night of the wind and blizzard, scariest night ever!! Early the next morning I called dispatch and spoke to wonderful man who was caring and professional! He had a driver to me within a half hour of my call. The driver, Corey, was fast , professional and kind . Excellent team at ABC!!
They went above and beyond to haul away a large piece of a steel grain bin that blew into our parking lot during the big wind storm. Greg did an excellent job and did it all with a smile. (Behind his mask of course)
Awesome company Steve was more worried about us staying warm and he worried about the car that we didn't think would start. Hats off to ABC for their great service. Thank you so much
