Very good service. I called to have my washing machine repaired and Murray was able to accommodate 2 hours later. The price was also fair and affordable. I highly recommend.

I have used Murray for nearly 10 years. We have only had a couple minor issues, which he has resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. Would much rather keep my old washer and dryer going than purchase the new garbage on the market.
Was 30 minutes late with no call/notice, and charged 90 for 12 minutes of work with no parts used. Happy the problem was solved but not happy about the cost in relation to service. Also sounds like I should switch careers.
Our 18 month old Dryer wouldn't shut off even with power turned off, and it wouldn't heat. Murray was out the same day I called, and diagnosed the problem quickly. There was a bit of a delay in the correct part coming in, but Murray had warned me that these parts were slow to come in. Once received he called promptly, and installed the new board. Dryer works fine now. Murray also recommended and shortened the vent hose to make things more efficient. I would recommend!!
Quick, prompt, and efficient service on a dryer repair. Murray knew what he was doing and charged us a very reasonable rate.
Murray was the worse dryer repair guy ever. He didn't fix my dryer the first time and wanted to charge me to come back and fix it properly the second time, even though he said he has a 1 year Labour Warranty, and it had only been 2 months when I called him back to repair it. He was rude over the phone and actually hung up on me because he didn't want to come back and repair his work even though it was still under Warranty. Will NEVER use this company again.
