Shocking service, 1 star is too much for this garage. I purchased the car from this garage, returning to them for services and tyres etc. 'DSG service' was due so i booked it in with them. I got it back with both sills damaged near the jacking points. They were very arrogant and wouldn't accept responsibility for the damage caused! Also a very unprofessional after sales department. Not returning calls and e-mails. Eventually they suggested to try and repair the damage as a 'gesture of goodwill' which made the damage worse. Avoid at all costs!!

friendly staff, very satisfied with the service provided, would highly recommend.
After a body shop accident repair, they now refuse to rectify the damage that they caused to my wheel arch trim and deny any knowledge of it. Their service was disgraceful, my advice STAY AWAY!
