I bought an under bed waterproof sheet which turned out to be the wrong size. It was not opened but they refused to let me return it 'due to the nature of the goods'. Check before you buy from them if an item can be returned if needed.

I phoned this company a few times to get a part for my scooter as someone tried to steal it and they said they'd get someone to call me back but haven't and left a couple of messages on there answering machine but still no call my scooter is my legs and I need the part as the seat is dangerous without it and phoned 6 different people including the manufacturers and they directed me to here but have still not got anyone to call me back regarding this part and live alone and rely on my scooter to go out to the shop in southpetherton its only a small part I need but maybe if it was a bigger part then someone may have called me back by now so need to keep trying to call them as can't get to the shop

No pressure sales, allowed to try and play with the reclining chair we were interested in. Ended up buying two. Two weeks for delivery by the boss himself, checked prices online, shop price was better.
