Customer care here is shockingly good! I cringed when first approached , but actually, he didn't put pressure on, he was just really polite, knew the construction of the walking boots I was looking for my size in, and could speak from experience about the features such as the metal support in the sole. They didn't have my size, but he found me a couple of good alternatives before giving me space to try them on in peace while he served someone else. The gentleman at the till was also very pleasant and helpful.
